Fulfillment Policy
At Well Optimized SEO LLC, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our priority as we take all complaints about the services we render seriously.
Refund Policy
We may offer refunds in the following conditions:
- If the service has not been performed at all during the term of our contract.
To complete your refund, we require a written request at heather@welloptimizedseo.com.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:
- You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the service.
- You were aware or notified of the problems with the service before making the purchase.
- You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.
Return Policy
At Well Optimized SEO LLC, we sell digital marketing services. No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.
Cancellation Policy
Once a contract has been signed, cancellations are not permitted unless:
- All deliverables completed or contract ends
- Either party enters bankruptcy
- Any obligations of the agreement become impossible to achieve due to man-made calamities (War, Terrorism, Riots, etc.) or any natural calamities (flood, hurricane, volcano).
- Both parties approve written terms of termination.
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
