Client Overview:

Industry: Executive & Luxury Ground Transportation

Location: Colorado

Goal: Take ownership of the company website and turn it into a lead-generating asset that pays for itself

Summary

A Colorado executive transportation company came to us after a year of paying for a “website and SEO” add-on through its booking software, with little to show for it. We rebuilt the site on WordPress, gave the owner full control of it, and launched a location-based SEO strategy built around 12 in-depth destination pages and four dedicated service pages.

Within three months of launch, a prospect found the company through AI search and signed on as a $50,000 client, returning more than 5.5x the owner’s total investment with us.

The Challenge

The client had been relying on the built-in “website and SEO” package offered by his booking platform. The fees kept coming, but the leads didn’t. Worse, because the site lived inside the software, he didn’t actually own it. He couldn’t move it, customize it, or build on it, and every dollar he put into it stayed with the platform. The year before working with us, he spent roughly $40,000 with his previous provider and saw only about $10,000 in return.

Key issues:

Objective: Move the business onto a website it fully owns, keep its existing search equity, and build an SEO foundation that brings in high-value clients from both traditional and AI search.

The Strategy

We executed a 3-phase redesign and SEO strategy combining a safe platform migration, location-based SEO architecture, and answer-engine-ready on-page optimization.

  1. Platform Migration & Equity Protection
  1. Location-Based SEO Architecture
  1. On-Page, Schema & AEO Foundation

The Results

The new website gained traction almost immediately after launch.

The Takeaways

This project shows what happens when a business stops renting its website and starts owning it. By moving off a closed booking platform, protecting existing equity with a careful redirect plan, and building location-based pages around where clients actually travel, we turned a site that cost money into one that brings in business. The results came faster than expected: a single AI search lead produced a $50,000 client and more than a 5.5x return in just three months. The takeaway for service businesses is simple. A website built for local search and AI answers with strong foundational SEO can pay for itself quickly, and it becomes a stronger asset every month after.
