I support the systems, processes, and day-to-day operations that keep our team organized, efficient, and able to deliver great results for clients.
My role also includes supporting business development efforts through client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, refining internal processes, and helping turn big ideas into clear action steps. I genuinely enjoy bringing structure to moving pieces, solving problems, and creating momentum where it’s needed most.
